The Maranello Resort Borgo Torre della Montina, an elegant luxury property in the foothills of the Modena hills is the first and only widespread hotel in the heart of the Motor Valley. We are looking for a Head Chef to join the kitchen brigade of its exclusive restaurants: La Cicala Restaurant with Traditional Modenese Cuisine and the soon-to-open, Rosso Come Restaurant specializing in minced meat.
The structure was born from the expert conservative restoration of an ancient medieval hamlet from the 1900s, and its reinterpretation in a modern key to pay homage to the history and tradition of the area. A timeless retreat, where past and present come together, creating a new and unique vision of hospitality.

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience
- Aptitude for working in a team
- Knowledge of basics and advanced cooking techniques
- Management and control of a batch
- Knowledge of raw material preparation techniques particularly of the batch for which you are applying (meat cuts, vegetables, fish filleting, fresh and dry pasta)
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures
- Familiarity with and use of major kitchen machinery and equipment including digital
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
